Each gathering stamped in red as NEWSPAPER. It includes comprehensive reports on fighting and situation from April 1858-[9] April, concluding (no. 58) with List of Europeans, whether belonging to the East India Company's Service or not, who have been Killed or Wounded by the hands of rebels, prepared from papers on record in the Military Department, in continuation of the List forwarded to the Foreign Department, with Memorandum from the Military Department, No. 323, dated 9th April, 1858. This also contains items such as C.C. Greville's Report, pp.3743-4, on the Queen's Speech relating to the Ottoman Empire post-Crimea.
