1p, 4to. In fair condition, lightly aged. Typed Letter Signed, addressed to Wilson, at Wolverhampton School, Wolverhampton, England. He explains that Radio Éireann is 'at present broadcasting a series of poetry programmes which consist of readings of poems with Irish writers, with introductions and commentaries by Austin Clarke'. He continues: 'We should like to include some of your work, and you can help us considerably by choosing the poems which you think most suitable for broadcasting.' He explains that copyright will be paid, and asks Wilson to provide typed copies, or information on where the poem is to be found. The letter concludes: 'Mr. Clarke will make his selection from your choice in accordance with the needs of broadcasting.'
