3pp., 12mo. Bifolium. Aged and worn. Medd's son Walter Hall Medd was later a Royal Navy Paymaster-Commander, and the present letter was evidently written concerning a period of his shore leave. The letter begins: 'My dear Medd | Your boy was not able to get out here (51. miles) in the short time the fleet remained but I made it pleasant for him in Kingston.
