On two slips of paper cut from letter and glued together to make a 4.5 x 17 cm strip. In fair condition, lightly aged and worn. The letterhead and date have been cut from the top of the letter, and Raczynski's valedictory signature has been cut from the bottom (above typed text ('/Edward Raczynski/ | Polish Ambassador.'), with the two strips glued together.
