Minor poet (1781-1829). One page, 8vo, some discoloration at the edge, but good. He has marked 4 ["3" excised] books in this day's sale; & requests Mr Triphook will be so good as to purchase them for him. [postscript] Ld T wd be much obliged to Mr Triphook if he cd obtain for him a copy of ye Histy of Dunwich[.]" WITH: manuscript, one page, 8vo, Thurlow's hand, as follows: "The Flower And The Leaf, After/ Geoffrey Chaucer, / By/ Edward Hovel Thurlow,/ Lord Thurlow // London/ &c".
