[ Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria, 1887. ] Souvenir printed napkin celebrating the 'Jubilee of Queen Victoria'. With illustrations of the Queen, her family, prime ministers, incidents.

Printed in black and white on one side of a white cotton napkin, roughly 60 cm square. In fair condition, lightly aged and creased, with cloth loops attached on reverse at head resulting in four glue stains (not affecting the image). A nice piece of Golden Jubilee ephemera. At centre a portrait of 'Her Most Excellent Majesty Victoria | Queen of Great Britain & Ireland & Empress of India.' At head, beneath the words 'Jubilee of Queen Victoria', a picture of 'Her Majesty at the Age of Ten', Clustered around the central image are ten portraits of members of her family, and distributed in the corners are portraits of her nine prime ministers. Three illustrations: the first of the 1838 coronation, the second 'Her Majesty visiting a highland cottage' and 'secret of Englands greatness'.
