The author of the pamphlet begins by expressing the hope that 'at the forthcoming meeting of Principals in London, on the 19th and 20th December, time may be found to discuss part of the subject of the influence of the Universities and Colleges upon Secondary Schools'. Both transcriptions are more than two pages long. Scarce: no copies on COPAC or OCLC WorldCat.
