Text: I have the pleasure of being able to express my concurrence with much of Mr. Parry's letter (which I return) and of being also able to assure you - from my own personal knowledge of that gentleman some years ago - that he is as honourable and accurate a witness with respect to facts - as could be desired. | The present first Lieutenant of the Superb - 'Arthur Mellersh' - was in New Bay - and all along that coast - on the Survey - in 1833/4.
