Broadside, one page, fold marks, sl. chipped and stained, mainly good. Affirming Roman Catholic loyalty to the Crown. No copy listed on COPAC/WorldCat but the text is reprinted in "The Roman Catholic question : a copious series of important documents, of permanent historical interest on the re-establishment of the Catholic hierarchy in England, 1850-1." (pubd. James Gilbert, 1851) where it is ascribed to "the pen of Cardinal Wiseman" and said to have been placed in churches for people to sign and testify their loyalty to the Queen.
