The folding plan which has become detached, 28 x 42com, small portion of blank margin missing with repair, closed tear on a fold, mainly good condition and complete: "Plan referred to in the Reprt to the Free Library Committee of a scheme for the foundation of a free public Library and Museum in Association with the Harris Trustees" ("James Hibbert | Preston, Feb. 1879").
