It commences "The Musketry Rifles practice is in full operation here & encampments, [ooking &c?] - Equitation for Infantry Officers I have established. Tactics for all arms. - And efforts are suggested for the better approval of and . . . must be adopted in the Field. - The ground for all this is unrivalled at the Curragh & field works [discussion of Lord [Clonmell?], asks for regards to be passed on and complaining that a Mr Ward has not replied to his letters.
