[Pamphlet] "Natural Photograph" Studio
Four pages, 12mo, mainly printed but made out in MS (by Friese-Greene?) to the client "Mrs Baldwin . . . no. 5508, paid 3/[3] . . . 7.9.08, rustmarks where a pin held it in a diary (loss of a letter os two), some wear and tear but mainly good. It gives information about Appointments, proofs, notices from periodicals and newspapers on his "Children's Portraiture", Copies, Enlargements and Miniatures, List of Terms, etc. On the first page it states "This department entirely managed by Mr. Friese-Greene (Medallist) late of Piccadilly, Sloane Street, Brook Street, Hanover Square and Bond Street, LONDON, . . . BATH, CLIFTON, PLYMOUTH, &C". ", informative about moveopments but also suggestive ("managed" not owned) of financial troubles. He concludes with the following statement (film): Picnic, Tennis, Cricket and Boating Parties Photographed while in motion for display of same as Living or Moving Pictures on the Cinematograph which is shown every day from 3 to 9 p.m." A scarce survival.
