2pp., 12mo. In good condition, lightly aged, with slight stain from mount at head. An interesting sidelight on the British cultural milieu in early Victorian England. He has received Torre's letter and also the paper he 'sent to London'. He cannot go to Banbury on 6 February as he is at Cheltenham. 'I wish I knew where the Thalberg party were going to, for I want to work up gradually to town, as I told you, and in a list I made out this morning, I have put Banbury down for Thursday the 13th, intending to go to Northampton the next night.
