Sandford's large, bold signature is across the centre of the page, beneath the printed text. The page is headed by a large monogram of Sandford's initials, beneath which is printed: 'HER ROYAL HIGHNESS THE PRINCESS OF WALES AND MISS EDITH SANDFORD. | MISS EDITH SANDFORD received from H.R.H.
