A scarce item: the only other copy located on COPAC or WorldCat at the Bibliothèque Nationale in Paris. In printed wraps, with red cloth spine. In poor condition, aged, worn and dog-eared, with parts of the front cover torn away. This copy is stamped several times with the purple oval stamp of the Kala-azar Commission. A folio (34 x 25.5 cm) containing 100pp of full-page colour guide maps ('Indexes'), each 'Corrected to March 1928', preceded by two fold-outs, and with three maps of smaller size, each described as an 'Appliqué Slip', on bound-in leaves.
