[Publisher's List] Hodder & Stoughton's Booksellers' Red Cross Week

Four pages, folio, bifolium, unbound as issued, folded. An extensive list containg the usual suspects, Bennett, Doyle, Quiller-Couch , Macaulay, Winston Churchill, etc etc- classics also. The publishers say that "3d in every shilling you spend given ... by Hodder & Stoughton to the Red Cross." In one corner of the first page, "A special exhibit of Hodder & Stoughton's Publications, including many of the books mentioned in this list, will be found at [blank space has stamp of a newsagent in Fishponds (Bristol]." At the bootom of this same page the reader is reminded to "See last page for form of receipt to be signed by the bookseller and sent by the purchaser to The Viscountess Hambleden." This receipt is still intact and unused.
