Bierut speaks to Democratic Party Congress', 'A Polish Economic System'. No. 14 has in it articles on 'Mr. Byrnes v. Potsdam', 'Appeal to Polish Soldiers in Britain | Marshal Zymierski's Declaration', 'Alliances - Elections - Frontier | Declaration by the Polish Foreign Minister', 'Polish Army To-day'. No. 51 includes: 'Poland and Mr. Marshall's Proposals', 'Polish Prime Minister on Home and Foreign Problems | Statement to the Parliament'.
