Price of knebworth in hartfordshire on the behalf of Richard warburton Lytton Esqr. and Henry Eve of Barnish Roothing in Essex on his Own behalf as fallows vizt. Mr price lets to the Said Henry Eve the farme Called Letchworth farme Lying in hartfordshire aforesaid now in the Occupation of Mr John Barron with its appurtenances at the yearly Rent of Nine Shillings & Sixpence for Each and Every Acre wich the Said farm Contains'. The memorandum continues on topics including the use of 'Mr Lyttons map & Field Book' and the moving of 'one of the Barns which are in the middle yarde at Letchworth'.
