The Months, Reprinted from "Little Folks"

Not paginated but twelve pages (Months!), 4to, with detached original front wrap, chipped and marked, missing back wrap, contents good, in unrelated folder. INSCRIBED top right of front wrap by Beatrice Crane, Walter's wife, and collaborator on this work (the verse): "Marguerite Marigold / from / Beatrice Crane/". Not listed in Masse. COPAC lists two copies of a work entitled "The Procession of the Months" with verses by Beatrice and designs by Walter (Wisbeach 1900 and 1908?), but this is distinguished from the above by the months being printed on one side of the leaves, quite apart from being a different title.
