It reads 'Mr d'Eyncourt will be extremely obliged to the Editor of the Globe to insert the enclosed. | Friday 8 ' Attached at the head of the page is the cutting from The Times ('Death of Mr. Tennyson d'Eyncourt'), with manuscript date.
