Twenty-one items, in fair condition, aged and worn. The eleven reports of the proceedings at the ordinary general meetings are stapled 12mo booklets of around 8pp. each, giving a verbatim account of the varioius contributions to the meetings, all but the last of which are chaired by Balfour. The nine reports of the directors are of 6pp. each, with the report on the first two pages and the accounts on another two, and the reverse of the last leaf carrying a 'Notice of Meeting'. All twenty items are docketed witth the date of receipt by Richard Harington (later Sir Richard Harington of Ridlington, 12th Baronet). No copies of any of the items on OCLC WorldCat or on COPAC. At the time Harington was a barrister, and would appear to have been acting for the chairman A. Balfour, and responsible for the twenty-first item, a manuscript financial statement (1p., 8vo) headed: 'Mr & Mrs Balfours marriage Settlement | Statement as to the Securities and Funds subject to the Trusts of the Settlement'.
