Also 'John Brown's Book | May 12th 1843 | Upper Barndinnoch By Moniaive Dumfrieshire Scotland' on reverse of frontispiece, which has had a thin strip of margin cut away at head (not affecting image). This edition scarce: no copy in the British Museum, and the only copy on COPAC in Liverpool.
