Begins: 'Mr Grinfield, with his kind respects to Lady Cholmley, begs permission to submit the accompanying "Memoir & Remains of Mr Neale" to her perusal, having received a few copies (of which this is the last) for private disposal; - the price being 8/6d. inn behalf of the Church Missions.' He describes Neale as 'the highly admired & esteemed friend of the Walker Gray, as well as of Mr Jowett & Mr Gr.' Grinshaw feels that Lady Cholmley 'will not peruse the latter half of the Memoir without the deepest interest in so remarkable a narration of Conversion'.
