With coloured frontispiece portrait of the author, and at the end two photographs of rallies, on the sides of a single fold-out sheet. On browned paper, with damp staining, and detached from the cover and frayed dustwrapper. The publisher's name only appears on the cover and dustwrapper, and the author's name is not present on the title-page. The only copy on COPAC at Liverpool University.
