Five pages, folio, good condition, apart from rust marks around the paper clip holding the pages together. With embossed stamp top of each page, two arms holding a torch aloft. A favourable view of the life of Peron from birth up to and including his second presidency (4 June 1952), concluding: On the 7th of May of 1953 National Congress, convened in extraordinary sessions, expressing the will of the people, recognized and acclaimed General Juan Peron as Liberator of the Republic. 274 + [10]pp., 8vo. In card wraps printed in black and blue, with coloured dustwrapper depicting in Stalinist style happy workers. Inscribed on title-page 'Juan Perón'. With coloured frontispiece portrait of the author, and at the end two photographs of rallies, on the sides of a single fold-out sheet. On browned paper, with damp staining, and detached from the cover and frayed dustwrapper. The publisher's name only appears on the cover and dustwrapper, and the author's name is not present on the title-page. The only copy on COPAC at Liverpool University.

Dimensions: 18.5 x 25.5 cm. Laid down on a piece of 19.5 x 26.5 cm grey paper. The print has been trimmed, so that there is no margin. In good condition, lightly-aged and ruckled. Against a rocky backdrop, with aborigines viewing from the top of a hill, a group of six aborigines are shown to the right, naked and waving sticks and spears. To the left are the five Frenchmen, with a stack of rifles in front of a tent at far left. In the centre of the image the leading Frenchman places gifts on the end of a long stick held by one of the aborigines.
