Printed Form headed BODLEIAN LIBRARY, mainly filled in (boldly) by Montague Summers (as required): name of Applicant (Hector Stuart-Forbes, his address, the subject of study, Summers signature (Rev.) Montague Summers, his status (MA (Oxon); FRSL), the date (as above Note: Hector Stuart- Forbes was apparently Summers' manservant. The Applicant has signed at the bottom, Hector-Stuart-Forbes, and, at the very top he is admitted to the [Radcliffe] Camera by virtue of E. Lobel's signature, Lobel being a Romanian-British classicist and papyrologist (Wikipedia).
