The agenda is in four numbered parts, including an 'Address by the Right Honourable J. Austen Chamberlain, M.P. (Chancellor of the Exchequer)', and the proposing by T. W. H. Inskip, M.P., of F. A. Wilshire, 'Prospective Coalition Candidate Thornbury Division', with Sir George Davies in support. The meeting ends with Chamberlain replying to the motion: 'That this meeting cordially thanks the Chancellor of the Exchequer for his attendance and speech this evening and expresses its continued confidence in the Prime Minister and in the policy of His Majesty's Government'. Chamberlain was Chancellor of the Exchequer for the second and last time in the Lloyd George coalition, between 10 January 1919 and 1 April 1921.
