The text relates to 'capitation payments' in relation to 'The School' at Whitbourne, and begins: 'Sir | The trust deed which the Commissioners desire to see is not that of which an account is given in the Printed Parliamentary Reports and which it is collected relates solely to the Premises which it is now wished to repair and adapt for the purposes of a residence for the School master but the trust Deed of the premises in which the present School is now carried on and which latter premises it appears from your former Communication are entirely separate and distinct from the former.'
