He wishes to 'lose no time in makeing [sic] you acquainted with the arrangements made on the occasion of the Addresses voted on His Royal Higness's marriage as soon as a decision has been come to with respect to those bodies who wish to present their address by deputation - | His Royal Highness will, on an early day after his return from Sandringham, receive such deputations in person'.
