1p., 8vo. In fair condition, on aged paper, with particular wear along one edge (not affecting the signature). Records a payment of £5000. Signed by the witness, 'Gabriel Mathias', and made out in his hand. On the reverse, in light pencil in a nineteenth-century hand: 'Master of the Robes to his Majesty'.
