The four items date from around the same period, all printed in black and white on shiny art paper, stapled in cream card wraps with simple and elegant titles printed in gold on the front covers. All four are profusely illustrated, with accompanying effusive text. Two have price lists printed in red tipped-in at the end. All four are in fair condition, with pages of text in a good state, and light signs of age and wear to the covers, the two larger items exhibiting slight rolled creasing, and one of them with wear at foot of spine. The largest item is 'A Treasury of Pearls & Jewels by Ciro of Bond St. London', and is 64pp, 8vo. In addition to the jewellery, it contains photographs of shops, press opinions, and an article titled 'Ciro Pearls and Diamonds | The Jewel Sensation of this Century', with photograph of 'Miss Jane Carr (Warner Bros' lovely Star)'. The next largest item is 'A Book of New and Exclusive Jewels by Ciro', which is 24pp., landscape 8vo. The other two items are both landscape 16mo., and constitute the first and second parts of the same catalogue: 'Exclusive Watches by Ciro Bond St + London' (8pp.) and 'A Book of New and Exclusive Watches by Ciro Part 2 - Jewelled Watches' (16pp.). All four items are very scarce: the only copies of 'A Treasury of Pearls & Jewels by Ciro of Bond St. London' on COPAC are at the British Library and V & A; and none of the other three titles feature on COPAC.
