Fair, on aged paper, with a little foxing to first few leaves, and light damp-staining at head. P.15: 'We are, then, to understand by iatreusis, the exercise, by the physician, of the healing art. [...] The duties devolving upon the physician in treating a case of disease are twofold. First, he has to institute a diagnosis, and having done so, he has, secondly, to practise his share of therapeutics in treating the case according to the view he has taken of it.
