In good condition, lightly aged, with thin strip of paper from mount adhering to the reverse of the second leaf, which carries the postscript: 'If you write I will arrange for Tuesday -'. Folded twice. He begins by apologising for not being able to meet Cleveland that day or the next: 'I have to go to Surbiton & Hampton this afternoon & on my return start for a consult. in Cumberland & cannot be home till Monday night -'.
