[ 8 ] pp., 8vo. Modern marbled boards and label. In good condition, lightly aged and worn. Containing 85 items by various artists (from William Kümpel, R. A. Came and J. Wolf, to Edouard Frère, John Varley, James Price and Count Gleichen), and an appendix of five 'Battle Pieces, by Christian Sell'. Features two items by Burne Jones and several by Alma Tadema, the latter being named at the head of an initial list of twenty-four 'owners of pictures' who have contributed items to the exhibition. The item was previously bound by Rossetti in a volume with two, unrelated others.

Number 17 in an edition of 50. Very good in slightly grubby portfolio. The portfolio is half-bound in black buckram with grey paper boards, dimensions 34 x 27 cm. On front board: 'JOSEF SCHWARZMANN | FÜNF RADIERUNGEN'. Dimensions of mounts and letterpress leaves (in thick cream wove paper) 32 x 25 cm. Initial bifolium consists of title and contents leaves, the latter giving the titles of the five engravings as: '1. Sitzender Junge', '2. Portrait H. W.', '3. Portrait L.', '4. Bäuerin' and '5. Landschaft'.
