It begins: 'The people in this Ministry have the oddest sort of names; | a study of the phone book will substantiate my claims - | treating it with reverence, and opening it by chance, | patronymies [sic] most bizarre will meet your startled glance. | Chorus: Bytheway, Bearpark, Jestico and Judge, | Fiddament, Flock, Fiddleman and Fudge; | Windmill, Whittuck, Wimble and Wigglesworth, | Wafer, Whitelegg, Wigley and Wrigglesworth.'
