Decr. last enclosing to you Bills of Lading of Stores shipped by this Department on board the Plantagenet, Regent and Ann Transports consigned to you by order of the Lords Commissioners of His Majesty's Treasury in part of the supply of British Produce and Manufactures for the use of the Portuguese Government. - And I have now to enclose for your information a Bill of Lading with Invoice annexed [neither present] of a further supply for this Service'.
