WITH: A Statement by a Charles Crump about the manufacturing process (using oil of vitriol etc) and sale procedure for "Salts in Mr Henry Thompson's Manufactory of Salts at Cheltenham", witnessed by Adam Neale and sworn before Jame Clutterbuck, one page. folded, attached to Neale's pamphlet. Four or so copies of Neale's pamphlet on COPAC. The addition is untraced.

The certificate is 1p., 4to, on the recto of the first leaf of a bifolium. It reads: 'I hereby Certify that on the twenty-first day of April, One Thousand Eight hundred & sixty five, Walter Stevenson Davidson of No. 16 St. James's Street, Esquire, is a registered Proprietor in the Books of the Peel River Land & Mineral Company Limited of Sixty five thousand pounds (£65,000) Consolidated Stock. | C. Both items in good condition, on lightly-aged paper. Neither is signed by Langham. ONE: Agreement with Coward, 1892. 1p., foolscap 8vo. On vellum paper with red embossed tax stamp. 'I Walter Hastings Coward hereby bind myself to disclose to Herbert Hay Langham all Chrome Ore or Chromium Mine that I may discover or otherwise acquire any right or share to or that I may have at present discovered or otherwise have acquired any right or share in the Island of Madeira'.
