2pp., 12mo. Bifolium. In fair condition, lightly aged and worn. Part of the second leaf, which carries the address to 'Basil Montagu Esq', has been cut away. He thanks him for his 'book on Partnerships', which he considers 'will be a very valuable acquisition to the profession for such a work was very much wanted'. He also thanks him for his 'kindness & anxiety for me during my late illness'. He is setting out that day for the country, and has 'great confidence that the air of <?> Hill will soon restore me to perfect health'.
