Printed on both sides of a 15 x 135 cm strip of paper, concertina-folded to make 30pp., with each page on a 15 x 9 cm panel. A scarce survival, on aged and worn paper. No illustrations, but detailed entries in small print. One side carries 10pp of 'Cavalry and Artillery Recruits' Physical Training Tables', 4pp of 'Trained Solders' Physical Exercise Tables' and the title.

16pp., 12mo. Stapled pamphlet. In fair condition, aged and dogeared. Cover reads 'FESTIVAL OF BRITAIN | MAY 3 - SEPTEMBER 30, 1951 | INFORMATION SUMMARY'. The lettering of the words 'FESTIVAL OF BRITAIN' is in the distinctive style, and the festival's logo is on the back cover. A list of contents on the second page includes an introduction on 'The Festival Organisation', information on events around Britain, 'Travelling Exhibitions' (including the 'Festival Ship Campania'), 'The Churches' Participation', and sections on books, films and 'Admission Charges'.

Scarce: no copy of this 1943 issue traced on either COPAC or OCLC WorldCat (and only four of the 1938 version). All items 8vo, and all stapled, ranging in length from 28pp to 128pp. The run consists of the first four Annual Reports (1920 to 1923), the fifth (1924) lacking, then the sixth to ninth reports (1926-1929), and the sixteenth report (1936, with the organisation renamed the Industrial Health Research Board). The full title of Muscio's publication is 'Reports of the Industrial Fatigue Research Board. No. 12.

Octavo, in uniform cream wraps, and ranging in length from 104pp. (first in series, 1919-1920) to 283pp. (last in series, 1945-1948).

On two bifoliums, with four of the eight sides blank, with the reason for the arrangement stated at the head of the title: 'N.B. - The four pages following this Title may be separated, and pasted on a board.' In fair condition, on aged paper, with remains of the paper on which the two bifoliums were mounted on the blank reverses of the second leaves of both. Contemporary ownership inscription at head of title of William Dole Bushell of Taff Vale Railway.

14pp., 12mo. Stitched and unbound. In very good condition, lightly aged and worn. The 'Memorandum' is by Campbell, with a 'Prefatory Note' by Selby-Bigge, dated May 1915. Divided into two main sections: 'Class Teaching on the Consultation Day' ('Health Talks' and 'Sewing Class') and 'Classes held other than on the Consultation Day' ('Mothercraft, Hygiene, &c.', 'Sewing Class', 'Cookery', '"Advanced" Classes', 'General Arrangements' and 'Teachers'). Final section on 'The Local Education Authority'.

6pp., folio. Disbound. In fair condition, on aged high-acidity paper, with a few short closed tears to edges. Title leaf (with 'Price 1d.') carrying 'Table of Contents' on reverse; followed by three pages of transcripts of letters (paginated 1-3); with the reverse of the final leaf carrying the details of the pamphlet for display on its being folded into a packet. The correspondence relates to the Mission of Cardinal Rampolla, travelling from the Vatican to England to present the Pope's congratulations on the fiftieth anniversary of Queen Victoria's accession to the throne.

The letter begins: 'Maitland, Secretary of the Civil Service Commission, tells me that Mr Robertson was examined only in European subjects; or, to use his own expression, "as to his capacity for learning Japanese".' Maitland cannot help them 'in finding a Japanese scholar'. As Spottiswoode is 'always so glad to find any one interested in oriental subjects', he asks for 'an opportunity of becoming acquainted' with Washington's son.
